George,  You are a privately owned “Small business”.  It’s truly refreshing that you figured out early that the products you sell are important, but more important is the people you employ and how they deal with the customers.  Your employees, in my experience, handle customers excellently.  Funny how there’s lots of other businesses around that have never figured that out.  I know it isn’t easy, but it seems you know the recipe  Congratulations!!
