Bookkeeper Responsibilities and Duties:

• Accounts Payable and Vendor Relations
• Accounts Receivable and Customer Relations
• Banking and Bank Account Reconciliation
• Accountant coordination for Payroll and Year end reporting
• Various Monthly Reporting for Management
• Human Resources and Employee Record keeping

Bookkeeper Requirements and Qualifications:

• Quickbooks software expertise
• Microsoft Office software expertise
• Communication skills: Verbal and Written
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and payroll principles
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Position begins as part-time to train to a full-time position.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job the employee will be required to work in the warehouse in the main building, Warehouse #2 and the showroom. The temperature in these locations varies widely depending on the weather.
