Every person we come in contact with from the day we started looking to the in home, to the install was pleasant professional and so helpful. The guys who installed everything were so nice & answered all my questions & really took their time explaining operation to me. We love our new fireplace, I turn it on the minute I come home every nigh and all day on weekends.
